Payments go through Stripe, directly into your bank account. TableSewa charges a flat monthly fee — we never take a cut of your orders. Stripe's standard card processing fees apply — see Stripe's pricing page for details.
No special hardware needed. You just need a tablet or monitor for the kitchen display, and a printer to print your QR code stickers. Any device with a browser works.
Yes. You can set your restaurant name, upload your logo, and choose your brand colour. The customer-facing menu and checkout reflect your brand throughout.
Customers can pay by card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — all powered by Stripe. Payments are secure and PCI-compliant.
Absolutely. TableSewa sits alongside your existing setup. You can use it for some tables and not others, or run it fully table-side — it's entirely up to you.
Not yet. Customer payments are paid out through Stripe UK, so you currently need a UK bank account to take orders. We're working on supporting more countries — email us and we'll let you know when yours is ready.
You can cancel any time from your account settings. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period — no penalties, no questions asked.
